Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order.
If you received the wrong item or your package arrived damaged, please contact us at marketing@alohahospitality.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
We also accept returns for other eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at marketing@alohahospitality.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
