Bam Bam Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2ea Large rectangle plate
- 16 ea. Alabama 21/25 shrimp
- 4oz Buttermilk
- 6oz flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 8 oz. Baumhower’s Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 3 oz. Ranch dressing
- 1 Tbs. chopped parsley
- Oil for frying
- 2 ea. Monkey dish
PREP TIME: 3-5 minutes | COOK TIME: 25 minutes
Instructions
- Heat oil in deep skillet or fry daddy to 350 degrees
- Season flour with the salt, black pepper and granulated garlic.
- Place 16 ea. of Alabama shrimp in buttermilk, then toss in seasoned Flour.
- Fry shrimp for 2 minutes then place shrimp on paper towels to remove excess grease.
- Line and shingle 2 rows of 4 shrimp on the left side of each rectangle plate.
- Coat shrimp with Baumhower’s Thai Sweet Chili sauce. Letting some sauce drip onto the plate. Leave room for a monkey dish of ranch on the right side of the plate.
- Place 1.5 oz. of Ranch dressing in a monkey dish on right side of the plate.
- Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of chopped parsley over shrimp.
- Place lemon wedge to the right of the monkey dish.
